As required by law, Alabama customers are charged sales tax. Depending upon the Alabama customer's location, one of the following sales tax rates apply:
Alabama location outside of Cullman County - 4%
Alabama location within Cullman County - 8%
Alabama location within Cullman City Limits - 8.5%
When necessary, Non-Alabama customers are responsible for self-assessing and remitting use tax to the appropriate state, county, and city governments.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Please note that Rug Outfitters, LLC sells and ships products only within the continental United States. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, post office boxes, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States. Ground shipping is standard for all product deliveries. Shipping and handling fees are based upon the following table:

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after an order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us via email (cancel@rugoutfitters.com) or by phone (256) 347-7262.
We will accept returns on any merchandise that does not meet your approval within 30 days of your shipment’s delivery. Returned merchandise must include a copy of our invoice and packing slip. All returned items must be in new condition and be in the original packaging. Shipping charges for both original delivery and return shipment are non-refundable. Before qualified returns are accepted, you must email (returns@rugoutfitters.com) or call (256-347-7262) us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) and return shipping instructions.
Refunds will be issued for returned products that satisfy the above guidelines. Rug Outfitters, LLC processes each refund within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment. Resulting credits in the amount of the original product purchase price are applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.
